Free Shipping Information

Orders that amount to over $50 (before shipping and taxes if applicable and after all other coupons)are eligible for free ground shipping within the continental US only. Please see below for exceptions. Code FREE50 must be entered during checkout for this to apply and cannot be applied retroactively. The coupon section is on the last checkout page, after the shipping method is selected. Once the code is entered on the coupon page, your shipping charges will be reduced to $0. This offer may not be combined with other coupon codes.

Again, this code cannot be applied retroactively. Some customers prefer to pay for shipping so they can select the exact shipping method of their choice. Whereas with free shipping we will ship via USPS Parcel Post, UPS or Priority Mail at our discretion. If FREE50 is not entered during checkout, we assume the customer needs their items mailed to them in the way specified on their order.

Items from Biokleen are ineligible for free shipping at this time, unless an entire case is purchased.

Due to technology, although the very few items above are not eligible for free shipping, if code FREE50 is entered, the system will reduce your shipping to $0. We will have to manually add it back in this case and will notify you via e-mail.

Gift Wrapping Policy

We now offer convenient paper gift bags for our customers, topped off with attractive tissue paper. There is a fee of $7 per order, no matter how large or small for this service. However, on occasion, items may be too large to fit into the bags. In such a case, the items will be gift wrapped instead. Please let us know the occasion and/or gender of the recipient during checkout so we can choose the appropriate paper.

Items from Pure Rest, EcoBaby, Bean Products and Challenge & Fun (Labyrinth Balance Boards) are ineligible for gift wrapping, as they ship directly from their respective manufacturers.
