Chemical-Free: Recent changes to Federal regulations have forced many mattress companies to add or increase the chemical flame retardants imbedded in their mattress fibers. EcoBaby achieves the Federal standards naturally with organic wool. No chemical flame retardants are added.

The Ecobaby mattress also uses no plastic or vinyl. Its only ingredients are Organic Cotton, Organic Wool, and steel. It smells great right out of the bow--no offgassing.
