Sometimes mama’s milk needs some encouragement. Iced or hot, Milkmaid Tea is a delicious blend of herbal galactagogues, including fennel, fenugreek, anise seed and caraway seed, and mineral packed nettle and red raspberry leaf, herbs traditionally used to help increase breast milk supply.

Not for use during pregnancy but safe during breastfeeding. This is because these herbs also have an emmenagogue effect, meaning they stimulate menstruation; therefore, are not recommended during pregnancy in greater than culinary amounts.
